You must wear a helmet when riding an electric bike. The Ministry of Public Security requires all localities to steadily advance the "one helmet and one belt" security guard operation. From June 1st, the scope of law enforcement penalties is limited to traffic violations such as riding a motorcycle without wearing a safety helmet and driving a car without using a seat belt.
