1. Before installing the battery, check whether there are hard objects in the battery box or whether the battery box is flat.
2. When installing the battery, the battery wires should be arranged separately and cannot be overlapped and squeezed. The battery wires carry large currents of the whole vehicle and generate heat during operation. After the battery wires are squeezed, the outer skin is easy to wear, which reduces the insulation performance and causes a short circuit. combustion.
3. When connecting the battery cable, you must install spring pads and tighten the screws at the same time to ensure that there is no looseness at the battery terminals, to avoid ignition during use, high temperature burns to the battery cable, and short-circuit burning.
4. After connecting the battery, cover the rubber pad, and when inserting the battery crimping line, separate the battery line by hand so that it cannot be overlapped, and tighten the screws at the same time.
Note that flammable materials such as cardboard and foam cannot be used instead of rubber pads or used as fillers in the battery box.
5. When installing the battery, if you loosen the air switch connecting wire in the seat bucket, after installing the battery, the two connecting wires of the air switch must be connected properly, not loose, so as to avoid burning the car.
6. After the battery is installed, the inner lid of the seat barrel should be covered when the seat barrel is installed. Metal objects should not be placed in the barrel to prevent the metal objects from falling into the battery and colliding with the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, causing a short circuit and burning the car.
7. It is not allowed to install a single battery without permission (48V plus 1 battery becomes 60V), etc. When the battery voltage rises, internal components such as converters, controllers, and anti-theft devices cannot withstand the high voltage, which will burn out the components and cause a short circuit, causing combustion. Install a single battery; the battery is very easy to be upside down, it is easy to leak liquid during charging and damage the battery compartment, the battery is short-circuited and heats up, causing the battery to catch fire.
8. The battery loses water severely, and the battery will become hot and swollen when charging, and the battery wire will be burnt out at high temperature, causing short circuit and burning.
9. Do not use low-cost batteries of inferior quality. In order to reduce costs, inferior batteries have no burrs. The burrs pierce the partitions and short-circuit heat, which will cause the battery to become natural.
